Security Deposit

A deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.

This deposit is the only way to secure Villa Thamani and officially confirm your reservation. It serves to guarantee the guest's true intentions, avoiding false bookings or requests from those who aren't genuinely interested.

This way, we can offer assistance and availability only to those who sincerely desire the experience of staying at the Villa, maintaining a professional and organized service.

Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the dedicated IBAN for the deposit payment.

The remaining balance can be paid:

Bank transfer

By bank transfer, at least 15 days before the arrival date, or

Cash

In cash upon check-in, directly at the Villa.

If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus any bank or currency exchange fees.
